Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data the AI Agent Brewery collects through this website, why, and your rights under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
1. Who is responsible
Hi.AI, Paris, France, operating the AI Agent Brewery. Contact for all data questions: contact@ai-agentbrewery.com.
2. What we collect and why

The sign-up form asks only for your email address. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
3. Who handles your data
- Hetzner Online GmbH: hosts our servers and database, in the European Union.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: delivers the public pages and runs the human check (Turnstile).
- Google Workspace: sends our emails and holds the contact mailbox.
Where a provider may process data outside the EU (Cloudflare, Google), the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Articles 45 and 46).
4. Your rights
You can access, correct, erase, restrict or move your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect what happened before). Email contact@ai-agentbrewery.com; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the CNIL: cnil.fr.
5. Unsubscribing
Email contact@ai-agentbrewery.com, or reply to any of our emails, and we remove your address.
6. Security
Connections use HTTPS. Access to the data is limited to the people who need it. Testers sign in with a one-time emailed code.
7. Cookies
See our cookie policy. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie preferences" in the page footer.
8. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters to you, we will update the date above and tell club members by email.
